We the People's Republic Of Amyth do not wish for nuclear energy to be banned, or promoted.
We the people of Korunida do not wish anything to be banned or legalized useing the NS UN. That is not the UN's job, with the exception of some human rights. Clintoned, please go through and read the Un Charter! You might learn something, that clinton missed. :roll: THE UN CAN'T DO THAT! Besides, if you are basing it on the Kyoto Protical, that wasn't through the UN anyways.

We the People's Republic Of Amyth do support the introduction of enviormental portection legislation through the NSun because we feel this is an issue the NSun should be dealing with as most of these corporaste bordello states will not deal with it on their own.

Good proposal, though I doubt it will get any real support. I will be keeping an eye however.
Nuclear powerplants are kind of dangerous. Can't we work on developing cold fusion, or at least solar energy instead?
You should probably change it so that nuclear poweplants wlll we scaled down over a period of 30 or 40 years while we research other forms of energy and implement them. If nuclear powerplants had to be taken down right now, Oonamahambra would be crippled.

Anyway since it seems you want neither to be banned or legalized then instead I would disencourage it and the UN would take $200 per year if nations continue to use it after 5 years! Right? And also it will be proposed in my protocol that the UN charge a fee so that renewable energy like solar panels would be subsidized! Remember: PLANET EARTH IS OUR ONLY HOME! IT IS MOTHER!!

We the People's Republic Of Amyth would like to point out their is a difference between legalised, which nuclear power is already, and promoted as one of two alternatives. Our position is that nuclear power should not be illegal, but it also should not be shoved down people's throats as the only available power source. (many countries doo not have the natural resources for hydro electric or the technological advancement for hydrogen.)
