Protect worker safety: Vote down badly worded "Common S

Clause 2 of the "Common Sense" proposal will remove any protection workers have in situations where negligence or deliberate manoeuvring by management means work is done in absence or ignorance of safety precautions.

This is an important enough issue to warrant voting the whole proposal down. When "idiotic negligence" only covers personal life, then I'll vote for.

I'd just like to ask the mods before this gets locked why they keep locking all the new threads about this? All other resolutions were allowed to have several threads talking about them, and it is one of the only ways that new users will pay attention to it.

That doesn't seem to fair though does it? The chances of a person replying to one thread about it are very low.

Well, if it remains a topic of interest and on the front page, I think the probability will remain high. I am tired of seeing five threads started on one topic by some newbies. And with fewer threads, there will be more issues presented on the front page. And more concise discussions will lead to a more accurate understanding of the issue.
