My proposal is not that scary actually, it only calls for the ability of UN Members to nullify certain UN proposals in their territory when the specific wording of a resolution is in direct conflict with the nation's constitution.
Certain scenario that would be prevented by passing this bill:
Free trade proposals that would force nations to export/import things that a nation's constitution forbids, such as heavy weaponry or biological materials, expressly forbidden by certain nation's consitutions (like Esamopia's.)
So you see, even the nullification of this resolution would apply only to the part that would allow unrestricted arms shipments, and only when such proposals are in direct conflict with a nation's constitution... Therefore my resolution should be embraced by even the staunchest defender of UN and would only impact minor changes.
This resolution is not intended to nullify all UN laws or to marginalize the UN's existence, but would be necessary for minor issues.
