Note: I know this was discussed before, but the thread was locked for flaming. Yet, it was important and not everyone got to take a swing at it.

Beggining argument.

We no like sound of this one. Speaking for the silent slice of people dedicated to a father-knows-best theory of some kind, I know that we aren't exactly popular. I mean, hey, we arren't even as bad as the generalismo nuts, yet we can't pass a vaguely security-minded proposal as-is.

If 'we' ever get a proposal passed, it'll be by a handful of votes. Please, support diversity. Support a fair-minded policy.

We in Gurthark think that, due to the extraordinary power of the United Nations, this rule would be a fine check and balance.

However, note that it would *not* make a good proposal, since it changes game mechanics. Proposals cannot do that; see the FAQ.

I think the right way to get this implemented would be to ask a game moderator.
