Containment of Rogue Nations and States
Terrakon asks the support of all NationStates in supporting a UN proposal to contain and eliminate rogue Nations and States from the UN. The proposal needs 124 approvals to make it to the UN. Please give your approval so that it makes it to the UN.
The security of all States and Nations is dependent on their ability to protect themselves from international terrorist as well as international terrorist States and Nations. The proposed resolution will lay the building blocks of international security where each state can act in its own boundaries independently without having to worry about international terrorists and New World Empires.
This resolution is for the protection of all Nations and States.

I will look at the detail of this proposal and if it is in keeping with the aims and practices of C.I.R.C.A. I will endorse it and urge other Delegates to do so.
At least with the UN there's a way to communicate with rogue nations. Without that you may not even be able to talk to them. That's even worse. One of the primary reasons of the UN existing is a place of reason and talk. At least you can make a deal with rogue nations this way.

I tend to agree with you, the UN does provide a calm voice that may contain some of these rouge nations.
It is my belief that if we cut these states off from communication from the UN the incidents would increase.
As a rogue nation, we the People's Republic Of Amyth have recieved plenty hostility for our frequent abuses of the NSun system. We therefore feel inclined to say we will do everything in our power to maintain our rogue status and never again will we submit ourselves to the dictates of the NSun.
