For how long does the 'one WA nation per IP' thing get checked? I've been lookin' at the archives and seein' stories of NSers gettin' married, so would one of them have to give up WA play, or is it assumed they're different people after awhile?

This rule never changes. One would have to give it up, or both could share one WA nation, or they could switch who has the WA membership periodically.
