i just created a new region and i want to know how to find new nations to recruit. Can anybody help me.

here is what you do:
1) canvass RL friends to create accounts and move to your region (not mandatory, but highly recommended).
2) create a recruitment message to nations that seem to be the type you wish to attract
3) Go out and start recruiting
One caveat: these are the ONLY regions that you can recruit in:
Lazarus
The North Pacific
The South Pacific
The East Pacific
The West Pacific
The Pacific
The Rejected Realms

If you recruit in any other region, you will be reported to the mods, unless you did it to me, of course, because first time that someone tries to recruit me (I am not in the above regions, fyi) I generally let them off with a warning, any subsequent attempts would be reported. I know some players have gotten offended or irritated when I respond with that warning, but I assume that they are newbies and do not know any better so it is an act of mercy on my part. If you make such a mistake and the founder or delegate is like me in that regard, then you may want to apologize and explain why you recruited in their region and suggest a possible alliance between the two regions, which is amenable oftentimes. With an alliance, you could help your ally recruit and they might do the same for you, so if you are the sole person in your region, I suggest you make friends with (not recruit) other founders and delegates.
