This might just be specific to my pc, but I'm unable to submit proposals. I have three endorsements, but I keep getting a 404 error everytime I hit the "submit" button. Is there a problem with the server, or is this just an isolated incident?

I strongly suspect the proposal is too long. I remember we used to get a "This proposal is x characters over the limit" page, but now it goes to a 404. If the proposal isn't too long, though, then disregard this I suck cocks.
