Population stuck
I just recently (about a week ago) have reactivated my account and it was at 2.053 billion, yet it still is. When I used to play, my population was rising at 10 million per day at the least.

Try moving in and out of your region briefly, that often takes care of something getting stuck. You don't have to wait for an update or anything.

Hmm, I did turn off a utility which auto-searched and fixed nations with this problem. I thought we had fixed the root cause. But possibly not. Please report any other cases.
