Odd Glitch

When I loaded up General, next to each thread were how many posts were deleted in that thread. Was this just some sort of odd glitch?

Nope, it's meant to be like that for some reason, don't know why...
It happens in every forum.
A little bin icon and "X Deleted Posts" comes up when you cursor over it.
Think of it as a feature.

Think of it as a feature. That wasn't what happened, but thank you for clearing it up. For some reason the little trash can disappeared and was replaced by normal text across each topic saying "X Deleted Posts."
It seems to have stopped, the trash cans are back and I can mouse over them like you said.
Shows how unobservant I am, I've never noticed the trash cans before. At least, I've never moused over them.

You're talking about the trash can icon that appears in the same line as certain threads, right? The trash can appears there if posts have been deleted. There is also a checked box icon that will appear if you have posted in that thread. Don't worry about it. It's meant to be like that. It could also be that the images failed to load and you say the alternative text in the image place holder.

It could also be that the images failed to load and you say the alternative text in the image place holder. That's what happened I think. It wasn't an image of a trashcan, just a line of text. Oh well, it's fixed now. My computer must not have loaded the trashcan image for some reason.

You get the alt text when the image doesn't load for whatever reason. I sometimes get that on various Jolt icons, particularly on unread Announcements. I suspect it has something to do with how your computer caches images, as I would expect more complaints if it were a global issue.
