It used to be everyone but moderation was stuck with Jolt's default user titles. Now it seems everyone has their own fancy pants custom user title.

I've looked, and I've looked, and I've looked some more I even consulted both the stickies AND the codex of ultimate wisdom plus a gypsy fortune teller for the answer but have come up empty handed. Am I missing something or am I just the victim of the anti-Swarm conspiracy?
