I noticed something rather odd today. About 64 days ago, I banned the nation of 'Dectubech fan' from my region of Interimo, and the nation then got deleted due to inactivity. Then earlier today, I look around and the same nation is back. I never removed it from the banned list. I banned and ejected the same nation again.
There seems to be an issue. If a nation is placed on a banned list, shouldn't that nation remained banned from a region? Why should letting it die of inactivity allow it to return to a region that it was previously banned from and that ban wasn't lifted? This irregularity is bothering me and I'm wondering if there is a bug.
