Can't Upload Flag

I got this message over and over when i was trying to upload a custom flag.

"Failed to set new flag at /home/nation/public_html/cgi-bin/upload.cgi line 70."

The flag met the required parameters and i already had a similar custom flag. Why won't it let me upload?

The flag criteria state "10 kb", but the accepted total usually shows up as something like 9.68 kb. It might be just a smidgen too big.

I try sizes much smaller and it still doesn't work...

I have gotten this error message when I tried to upload my new flag. I have tried to reproduce the message here:

Error!
Sorry, NationStates has encountered an error. This problem has been logged and will be looked at shortly. If it occurs repeatedly, though, you can help us track it down by telling us what you did to reach this message. Please e-mail admin@nationstates.net, giving this error message, the time and date it occurred, and what you were attempting to do.

Alternately, you can post this as a bug report in the NationStates Technical Forum. Thanks.

Details:
Failed to set new flag at /home/nation/public_html/cgi-bin/upload.cgi line 70.

Thank you for your help.

EDIT:

I will add that I had reduced the size to under the requirements.
In addition, I made sure that its memory requirement was less than 10kb.
It was, in fact, more like ~9,550kb.
It was a png file.

I will add that I had used my original NS flag (San Marino, to be exact) ever since I had begun to play NS in June 2006. I don't know if this has any bearing on the matter, but I figure that it could be helpful.

If these parameters can be of help, I wish the best of luck in fixing the problem.

Should be OK now -- I think it was caused by a largely useless check on the name of the file you were trying to upload. Please try again and lemme know how it goes.
