Question about Halloween

I have a question that falls under the category of general help. I was wondering if what The NationStates Bunny does on Easter each year is considered spam, or if say a nation wanted to go through every region on Halloween would it be considered spam? it would be a festive nation, for example the nation, Halloween Pumpkin. I wouldn't post anything with it, just pass through the regions

We tolerate the Bunny most of the time, but we have had complaints. You used to run it through a few regions a night, which didn't seem to bother anyone. If you plan to hit 8,490 regions in a single night, that would most likely get a lot of complaints.
I'm not going to rule right now. What is your actual proposal?

well its okay, I don't think I will have the time tomorrow to be traveling through regions. I thought the Nationstates Bunny was one of the mods anyways, they seem to go through all of the regions every Easter. I can imagine there would be a lot of complaints though, and don't want to create complaints. I guess nevermind about the first post, I won't be traveling around to all of the regions on Halloween
