every time i click on "telegrams (2)" or "issues" i keep getting asked to re-enter my login information, then i get redirected back to my first page, and keep getting stuck in that cycle. i'm not really sure what to do about this...

I'm having the same problems as well.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
It looks like the system is unable to carry over our login status... I expect its linked to the recent downtime...
