2 Questions
1.) Some people have colored text and pictures in there factbook entries... what is the formating for this...
2.) Is there any way to have my World Factbook Entry Enlarged
For 1: Look in the Techincal Forum's pinned FAQ (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=7737954&highlight=formatting#post7737954), under the word formatting (the link highlights the word for you) ;). It's kinda like bbcode/html mixed together.

I don't think you can have pictures in your worldfactbook entry for nationsates1, maybe you are referring to the ascii art? and to have color, all you need to do is [color= blue]text[ /color]
I used blue as a reference but you can use any color, of course
you could also try the code [hr] to make a line in the worldfactbook entry
