I accidentally hit enter while making it, causing it to go through. So I changed the title then to it's present one of "In Progress..." to denote that. THAT time, it let me change the title without any problems.

However, now that I've finished the content, I wished to change the title to the intended one of "Sakura ENGLISH News. First International Broadcast." Yet, even though I did the seemingly EXACT same thing as before, it didn't change the title of the thread, but instead just the title of the post.

I've been nearly pulling my hair out of my head trying to figure out how to change the title itself, as the traditional method doesn't seem to be working (unless I'm missing something...). So if anyone could assist me, that would be EXCELLENT.

You have a short window, maybe 60 seconds, to make edits without adding an Last Edited By line. After that, only mods can edit titles once the thread is submitted.

Given that I don't want to have to change it every 30 minutes as you work through it, I've made it read "Sakura ENGLISH News (in progress...)". As a favor to you (since you didn't specify exactly what you wanted), I'll do one more edit to its final version when you're ready, and then that'll be the permanent title.
