Problems with Activation

Hello, I am trying to get a new nation activated for the forums, but I cannot find a way to do so. I have not been sent the activation email and I thought to trigger it, I'd go to the forums.
Instead I get this whole "already may be a user name like it on the forums". Can someone explain to me what's going on with this and what I can do?

If there is already a previously existing account with the name you want anywhere on the Jolt forums, you can't create an account with the same name.

I don't think its that, I've tested this several times with names there can't possibly be on the forums, and every SINGLE time, it's said "An attempt to create a forum account for your nation failed. This is probably because of a forum account in the name of your nation already exists. This is a bug, sorry -- we are working on a solution."
EDIT: I even just mashed keys for the name and it STILL says its already been created.

We've been having this issue with random nations for about a month now. We think the problem is on the Jolt side, and frankly there's not a damn thing we can do to resolve it.
We've been asking, begging, and pleading with Jolt and OMAC for resolution, but it's just not coming. Hopefully someone will eventually take notice and fix the damn thing.
