Has anyone else experienced absolutely terrible response time when changing to a different screen.

While recruiting it takes up to a minute to change screens.

Any one know if they know and are working on this problem?

I haven't seen any problems with page load times on my computer, so I'd say the problem is probably on your end.

Actually, the site was lagging earlier for me while I was TGing for a friend's proposal. It cleared up after a bit. But my Internet has been generally buggy lately, so this may not be a site problem anyway.
