Over the past couple of weeks I've tried posting issues on my region's page, but none of them have appeared. It would say "Your message has been lodged", but after I left the page and came back it was no longer there. I am the regional delegate, and I would at least like to be able to comment on the region's performance from time to time. Please let me know if there's something I can do about this. Thank you!

You've got the latest message up there, but it's over a month old. I assume you've tried since then.
Try moving out of your region and right back in. There's nothing obvious wrong with your nation or region, but it can't hurt.

Would moving out and back in affect my status as Regional Delegate? Our region has been attacked in past, and I'd prefer not to leave it at all vulnerable if possible......

Only when you're out of the region during the update, you can move out and back in without a problem.
