Before i start, sorry if this is in the wrong place but i couldnt find a appropriate thread! :S

Anyway i have a suggestion for the game, maybe you could pick who your ministers (eg MoD, minister of education etc) similar to the way you pick a religous minister (one of the issuses) which affects your coutry accordingly.
just a thought!

Once you reach a certain population (500 Million, I think..?) you're able to propose issues. I'd think that your idea would give us some great issues, but you've have to take care that you didn't repeat another issue. There might, for example, be a pre-existing issue that would might have similar results.

Sounds like it would be a good set of issues to me.

That is assuming every nation has similar ministries in their government, which is most certainly not true. I think this is best left to role playing on the forum where nation owners have more control over these things.
