I'm having trouble submitting a proposal to the w.a. , everything goes ok till i click submit and then i recieve a "oops this link is broken" message. Am i doing something wrong? Am i banned? or is it just a glich?

I... I'm not sure. Sounds like a browser issue, though. You know the drill: clear cache, temp files, restart, etc.
Ok thanks, i will try again today and see if the problem has magically cured itself and then try your advice.
