And found that some users that were actual users when I last remember them, are now guests. Does this mean that those users' nations were auto-deleted, and their forum accounts were changed? Or am I wrong? Please answer soon!

Jolt has purged several million old accounts that hadn't been active in over a year. This was a deliberate step to improve the account database performance, reduce server load, and attempt to limit the database timeouts that have been plaguing Jolt systems.
Once again, let us make it clear that NS mods and admins have no control over the forum accounts database or other Jolt admin functions. If you're hoping that we'll do something there, you will remain unfulfilled.

I'm actually glad they did, these load time used to be 20xs slower, I feel an improvement already
