Besides having the most endorsements, what is the minimum endorsements one nation needs to be a delegate? My region is very small.
you need at least 2 WA nations in a region, one endorsing the other.
(if they endorse each other, i believe it's the one that was endorsed first that gets the job. not positive on that though)
There is no minimum endorsement count: 1 is enough.
Like Mavenu said, you'll need 2 nations in a region to get a delegate elected. The nation that has been in the region longer gets the position if there is a tie.
