Lower Antarctica

I was endorsed by a country (Smolluscs). It shows in the national happenings lis, but does not show in my list of endorsements. My nation is "Lower Antarctica"
As far as I'm aware, this just happened yesterday - it was working before that.

They have to stay in the same region for the endorsement to stick. They didn't.

I missed that one. I know about the 'stay in the region' rule and didn't notice they had left. My bad...
