The WA is a great thing, it really is. It is the worlds governing body, yet you don't have to join it. Its goal is simply peace.(correct me if I'm wrong for that is the point of this whole essay). And it can work. Can.

I have recently noticed that there is a major problem in the WA. Actually, a few major problems. I reviewed the problems, and created a proposal to fix them. For those interested, it is called "The Rebuilding of the WA". However, I have also checked over rules for submitting proposals, and I fear that mine shall be deleted, even if it gains sufficient support to be made into a resolution. If it is, then it shall be final proof that the WA has become corrupt and, in my opinion, useless.

I shall continues t write the essay in parts. Same topic of course. Please alert me if you notice anything that you find to be untrue or contradictory.

I have assigned several scrotum-seeking attack weasels to check and recheck your facts and assertions for error. Should they find flaws with your position, they will express their disappointment with you as only they know how.

You know nothing about game mechanics. Even if it did get passed, nothing would happen. It would have to be coded into the game, which is hard and will take time.

is it just me or does every proposal get like a thousand votes no matter what it is?

I'd like to test this by putting forward a proposal to make NAMBLA compulsory in membership (with increased defense budgets all round just in case people read it)

Game Mechanics violations are attempts to change how the WA works. Generally, these are Proposals that should be threads in Technical. Anything that requires and adjustment to how the game does things, or requires a change of code falls into this category.

Which, of course, you'd have known had you read the sticky outlining what is and is not a proper proposal.

Rebuilding of the WA

A resolution to establish administrative parameters.

Description: Recognizing that the WA is an International governing body that wants peace for all of Nation States.

Understanding that certain rules and restrictions apply when submitting new proposals.

Recognizing that some of these rules and restrictions prevent the WA from achieving its goal.

The WA, since its rise on April First, two thousand and eight, has been doing its best to take the place of its predecessor. However, the WA has since grown corrupt and useless. Its ultimate goal is complete peace, yet no proposals can deal with nations outside of the WA. How can we help to bring about change in the world if we can do nothing to help those outside our government? The WA is also not aloud to have an army or any weapons specific to the federal government. How can it enforce its resolutions if no one will follow them? How can it protect its members if they have no strength to do so? How can it survive if WA haters decide to pick off WA nations one by one? The answer is simple: In the event of any f these situations, the WA would be helpless and useless.

The current laws, ALL laws of the WA will be struck out and rendered null and void. New responsibilities, restrictions, and powers shall be granted to the WA or members of the WA. The WA will have the power to effect those not in the WA, simply through defense and relief aid. The WA shall be reconstructed, its corruption purged, and set back on the path to peace.

Save the WA now, before its too late. Sometimes, in order to create, we must destroy, and now is the time for the destruction. When a phoenix burns it comes back stronger than ever. We shall be that phoenix! We shall fall, only to return more powerful, organized, and determined. We shall spread our wings, and envelop the world. We shall spread our message of peace, and we will hold the world together, whatever it takes. We are the World Assembly. We are the bringers of peace. We shall not falter in our quest! Let light shine upon us once more!

Not to mention the fact that the Bookkeeping category is not currently a valid one, it's attempt to repeal multiple resolutions at once, and it's attempting to alter the rules of the game.
