Well, I've been working on a proposal for quite a while and I'd like to put it up for approval. The only problem is, when I click "Submit", it gives me "The Page Cannot be Found" screen, and when I click "Refresh", it says that my proposal is too short. I've tried just about everything to fix this.
Any suggestions?

I suggest you post it in the WA Forum (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1225) before you submit it, that way you can insure that it'll be legal.
