First of all, I haven't been able to access the forums all day. I get this message:

"Known Problems" doesn't help.

Second, even now, the forums are as slow as can be and can only be accessed by me typing in the http address. Is this a problem with Jolt? Some sort of upgrade? I just want to know what's going on.

Yours is not the only issue. I think there's something wrong with the forum accounts database.

I've fired off an email to the Jolt admins, but the fact that I didn't become aware of the issue until midnight on a UK Friday probably means response will be ... delayed. Don't hold your breath on a weekend (or even an early week) resolution.

I know that two of my region mates that have had this happend to them, yet up until tonight they have been able to post. but now they are getting this when they try and post :

XXXXXyou do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

They are recently ressurected, and posted here after the ressurections - Jolt accepted their sign ins but as I mentioned above suddenly can't.

i noted when i log out ,i still see that i'am still logged in , or i'am logged in i see i'am logged out when moving between the forums

I'm having a similar problem, though additionally sometimes I eventually make it into the forums, though not logged in. Using the box in the upper right corner, I can log in. I've also had unusual slowness and in some cases, I haven't been able to use the ''International Incidents/Sound and Fury/All the others ''links'' at the top of the page, but I can get to the page using the back button, though slowly.

This isn't an issue that really stops me from using the forums... and probably is a relatively minor problem but..

When in the "User CP" my list of subscribed threads are black instead of grey.

If you had provided nation names, we could add that to the troubleshooting trace matrix. Without that, it's just a sad story.

If you're having issues, ALWAYS tell us the exact nation name that's having the issues.

If you don't want to publicly 'out' your puppets, file a Getting Help Request with all the relevant details (like the fact that you just restored your nation, changed computers or browsers, or whatnot.)

Ad "Barheim" to the list as well. It's a puppet of mine that had the same problems. The forums seem to be working much better now, however.

You can add me to the list of nations not receiving issues too.
