Simple suggestion. I'll explain it with an example. The letters in fat is the addition.
E.g.
Nation X(Region Y) applied for WA membership.
It makes it easy to know when a member in a region is a member of the World assembly. Some regions are world-assembly-oriented. And some just want to endorse the new-comers.
An optional way to do is to lengthen the region's log and post whether someone joins the world assembly there.
