This is my first time using the forums, so I hope I do this right.

I've been using Nation States for a couple of months now. I decide on two issues a day pretty consistently; however, for the past week or so I haven't noticed any change in my civil rights, economic, or political freedom scales. At first I just figured that my decisions were just not affecting it, but I've decided on roughly fifteen issues since the scales have changed and it seems unlikely that none of the three would change at all over that many decisions - usually every decision I make has some effect on one of the scales.

I hope this bug hasn't been talked to death on the forums already - I haven't been able to find it here, so I hope this helps.

It's not a bug.

When your nation was young and small and defining itself, radical change happened quickly. As it matures and your choices start to fall into the same general realm, you're less likely to drift from the early choices you made.

It's also harder to use the government to change your larger population. Call it bureaucratic inertia if you like - it just gets harder and harder to force change the bigger you get.
