I am new, and just started playing which is quite fun. My question regards the Economy ranking specifically. What exactly is the values ranked from worst to best? I've seen 'Frightning' but I'm not sure if that means 'Uh, We're going bankrupt faster than the US' or 'We are so powerful we can take your $$ just by looking at you.'
The other rankings for the Political freedoms and Civil rights seems to be pretty straight forward but are also welcome.
