Help,
I have forgotten my password to my country, have requested a new password, but do not receive the E-mail. And I can't change the E-mail, because I don't know the new password.

Can anyone help?

Contact the moderators through the getting help page. Perhaps they could recognize your IP address and match it. I'd create a new nation just temporarily. That way they'd have some proof that you really are you.
