Changed password, but no message appeared in my E-mail account

Help,
I have requested a new password for my country, but no message is appearing in my E-mail account. Since I've made the request, my password has changed. And since I don't know the password, I can't login to change my E-mail address.

Can anyone help? I've got 28 days to get this fixed...

I have talked to my sysadmins's and they say their is nothing caught by the spam filters. Can anyone help?

I tried setting up another country (slobtech), and it has the same problems...

We're having problems with our new host's mail send and verification. We'll post in the bug reports thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=552128) when we have a solution.
