I have sent requests for lost password to my Nationstate over the last month with no reply. Tomorrow will be my last day before my state is deleted. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I might get this done by tomorrow? I really don't want to give up my state, but I don't know what else I can do!! Any help appreciated, rocko

Did you supply an email address in the settings?

If so it may be that your server considers a email from nationstates to be spam and discards it there you may have to place nationstates in the whitelist.

I went in and was able to change my password for jolt.co.uk, but have never received reply for request from nationstates.net.

I have nothing blocked and should have no problem receiving any email for any reason. As far as I know, email was provided, but I can't find out if I can't log in.

Some ISPs are blocking mail from our new server, notably AOL and Comcast. Should be sorted out soon.

In the meantime lodge a help request and a mod can bump your nation to stop it getting purged.

OK, I'm back in business, but I need to verify my email address as stated in the email from the moderator, but when I click on the link to verify, it tells me there is an error and it cannot complete the process. Any ideas? Thanks for the info so far, Rocko
