Word count on WA proposals

I this in the WA forum, and have since been diverted here: is it possible for the word count on WA proposals to be increased, even if only for a few months, whilst we get this whole WA shebang up and running? That way, we could combine two previously existing, but related, resolutions into one, thereby saving time in setting the ground work for WA resolutions. The example I originally thought of was RoNS and Maritime Neutrality, but would work also for Right to Fair Trial and it's related resolutions, Civilian Rights in Conflict and Wolfish, Maritime Safety and a replacement for "Ban Single Hulled Tankers" and perhaps others.
This, I feel, would mean that the important, ground resolutions that many of us on the WA forum are needed with the pulling of the old resolutions can be more quickly established, and mean that the boring, rehashed old UN(c)resolutions that are widely felt need re-instating can be gotten out of the way with as quickly as possible and bring about the more interesting, novel proposals to quorum quicker.
Furthermore, if such an increase was kept permanent, it would lead to more interesting a detailed proposals from henceforth, although I understand this might be undesirable (it could, after all, mean really long illegal proposals, copying and pasting of real UN resolutions landing NS in even more bother, etc).

If this is unfeasible due to coding reasons, I fully understand

I support your idea, but make it even better by increasing it to 20,000, so we can describe proposals better.
