The population of Kryozerkia has become "static" at 9.808 billion, with no growth since the implementation of the update. It doesn't even seem to have updated once daily, as others are reporting seeing.

I'm having similar issues, in addition to my issues not actually implementing, I've had one issue that I already decided that has been merely siting there awaiting implementation for the last 3+ days.

I have the same problem. Except only for the past 2 days so far.
