Dear Mods,
It appears the feeder delegates, as well as other scattered regional delegates, are being relieved of their duties. Now, I'm led to believe that glitches like this normally presage the type of event known as a Great Disk Space Disaster, and usually happen after updates.

Is this the Great Disk Space Disaster of 2008?

Crap! My bad.

No disk space issues, just me trying to figure out why the daily update isn't running properly. I did a manual run that tried to avoid doubling everyone's population growth & issues, but it also cleared out some delegates and regional influence labels.

Restoring now. As a side-effect, everyone gets bonus double population growth & issues.
