I have 11 endorsement in the region i am in and i am the regional delegate yet i cannot access the regional control, is this just because a have the regional influence "minnow" still? Or am i being very stupid??? :confused:

Perhaps the founder of your region has closed regional control to the delegate. Have you tried sending a tg to him/her?

What Dalmatia Cisalpina said. There is a bit in the Regional Controls that says (my emphasis):Here Founders and UN Delegates can control their region.
Founders may use any of the controls below at no cost. They may also prevent the UN Delegate from accessing this page.
Delegates must spend some of their regional influence to use these controls. An estimate of the cost will be displayed below ...<snip>
Your founder's nation is alive, but there may have been a change of ownership; you should try TGing the other nation mentioned as well.
Just remember that founders are not obliged by any rules to give delegates access to regional control, so don't demand it, request it very politely.
