The RSS feeds are an awesome new feature, but I'm afraid it's not working yet... is it finished?

Feeds work very well, sure - but I'm seeing no notifications in any of them.

The game has only just started recording "National Happenings," so if a nation hasn't done anything noteworthy in the last day, there's nothing to see yet.

What should appear when you view another nation's RSS feed is the same info that's listed under their National Happenings.
