I'm not sure if issues are up and running for everyone else, but they've stopped working for me. I'm using Konqueror web browser ver 3.5.8, on Kubuntu linux. I was able to use this browser before the move, but I'm getting stuck in an infinite loop when I attempt to access the "issues" page.
I'm going to adjust a few settings and see if that makes a difference.
Negative. No change. I have cookies enabled, as per usual. Each time I login to the http://69.60.14.82/ site, I get an entire identical set of cookies. How strange.
