How do I take off "New Member"

I'm sorry that this is a very noobish question, but how do you take off the little "New Member" tag. I've seen people with only 2 posts who don't have it. I've tried control panel but I couldn't find anything.

Thanks to anyone who can answer my question, and please don't flame me!

err..the title is based off how many posts you have. I suggest you disregard it because it doesn't matter to most people. If you can post meaningful posts you will be a good member in General if you like general discussion or International Incidents/Nation States if you are good at text-based RPing.

Don't feel dumb, we all get tricked by that. I'm a forum moderator, I've been around since 2004, and I'm still constantly having to remind myself that, because a poster has only a few posts, it doesn't necessarily mean that they're a newbie.

A 2003 nation posted a few months ago for about the fifth time in its history -- still wearing the "New Member' tag after all that time. You'll see that this puppet I'm using at the moment has very few posts, and my UN nation that I use for moderating has far fewer posts than many a 2007 one.

As for the two-posts-and-no-title folk, I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that they were still at the moderation queue stage, which is a Jolt thing that disappears after about 10 posts.
