I tried to join the UN and the link i clicked from the email says that the verification failed. I tried again and it doesnt work. What do i do

Try the Getting Help page. At the bottom, there's a box with a drop-down menu for regular problems. Pick "other".

here is the problem for me. I get an email saying that IO got accepted into the UN but when I go to do something in the UN it says I've not joined. I've done this twice.
