I put the one I have down, don't mind it as it made me laugh, but it wasn't really what I wanted and now I would like to change the name. Is there a way to do this?

No. But you can start a new one and let that one die, or just start a new one and keep the old one too.
You can have puppet nations, you just have to make sure that you have only one nation that's registered as a member of the UN.
For example, Ardchoille is my UN nation, but I also have Ardchoilleans and Ardchoillean Admin ... among others.
