Being a former UN nation, I was kicked out and rejected from being able to ever join the UN again.

I understand why I am not allowed. I broke the rules; rules that I should've read before I started playing the game.

What I come here for today is the suggestion of being able to earn UN membership back. Yes, I could just create a new nation. But, I love the one I have and having learned from my mistakes, I would like to request that something be changed. Maybe just a certain period of time be made for people who messed up. After all it's been nearly a year for me (not all of which I played the game.)

So please, I'd like to hopeful get support on this idea.

I think that would probably be a bit too complicated, as how really could it be earned back? The only way I could think would be a really long waiting period. My advice would be to create a puppet named something like "Eirdan UN Mission" and just have that be your nation's voice in the UN.

I'm not a mod or an admin, but I can say with 99.9999999999999% certainty that this idea is never going to happen.
