I was just elected the regional delegate a few days ago. The "[Regional Control]" link, however, has not appeared. I would like to change the factbook entry, etc, but cannot get the regional control link to appear. Why is this?

Delegates only get regional controls if their founder allows it. If you're not getting access, it's most likely that your Founder has opted to disable Delegate access to regional controls.

On the plus side, unless he's on Vacation Mode, your particular Founder won't be with you for very long.
