Nations can be deleted for rules violations, yes.

Uh, just from curiosity, have you done anything? Because if you haven't, and if you don't, nothing's going to happen to you.
Click on this link (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=416023) to check the things you shouldn't do, and then don't do them.
If you do break the rules, you could get banned or deleted, and if you keep on breaking them, you will get deleted, and if you rejoin and break them some more, things get mean, but that happens to very few. Most people just potter around having fun.
