Issues

I think that issues should not be repeated unless there's a need to. This can make it more realistic. Maybe there could be like a way when people submit the issues, they get a chance to come up with a follow up issue base on the choices we choose, and the reaction of the people. This can make things much realistic.

Though a downside is that, it's not easy to do this, probably.

Or the other, perhaps more pertinent downside, is that even if you're only set to one issue per weekday, and eligible for every issue (which is, I believe, impossible), you'd still run out of issues after less than a year. With two issues per day, you'd run out in comfortably under six months.

I can agree with you on that part.

Maybe there should be a plan to let my suggestion go smoothly.

Although more people should be allowed to submit the issues, this can increase the amount of issues, but at times, some people might submit something that might be totally nonsense and cause trouble for the people dealing with issues.

There are plenty of submitted issues. We don't need any more, to be honest.

The problem is that each issue must be hand-coded to fit in the game, and must be sufficiently different from all existing issues to be worth adding as a new one. The vast majority of submitted issues repeat existing themes, or have no way to implement them in game code, or are so horribly spelled or laid out as to require a complete rewrite from scratch, or multiple other problems. It can take several hours to dig through the slush pile to find one issue with even a hint of potential.

Each selected issue takes several man-hours to evaluate, discuss, code, and implement. Given that our issue-editing staff is all over the world and has a finite amount of time to work on issues, you're probably looking at an average of one possible issue per month.

Your request would require several issues per day, so that everyone could get a new one regardless of qualification. Not gonna happen. It's not physically possible.
