What about translations in others languages? Is possible to do it? I'm available for english-italian translation :)

Localisation capabilities are difficult to add to software at a late stage in general, and NationStates has its own problems. What happens when new issues are created and there is no current translator for a language for which issues have been localised previously? What happens with UN resolutions? What about 'non-Latin' characters in nation names? (NationState's Unicode support is rather erratic anyway - I've seen people post long paragraphs in Chinese or Russian on regions' Civil Headquarters, but if I try to post more than about 20 characters in either script I get a warning about long words in the message.)
