Proposals already have a search function. it's at the bottom of each page for proposals.
And to search for UN Proposals throughout history, you could go Here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=357572). Although it hasn't been updated in a few months, but it's rather accurate.

I Think I'm posting this in the right place, sorry if I'm not.
I was wandering if it would be possible to implement a search function on the UN section of the NS webpage, specifically for the Past Resolutions and Proposals areas. I understand that most if not all proposals and past resolutions could be found on the forum with the use of the forum's search function, however there are times when it is inconvenient to search on the forums, especially with jolt's 180 second wait time between searches. Thank you for your time, and I apologize if this has already been addressed elsewhere.
Passed resolutions are also found here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=357572). That thread gets updated from time to time by Hack, but is still very useful for finding resolutions if you know the title.

This is a good idea, and not particularly hard to implement. Pythagosaurus's search code from The World's Nation and Region search would probably be easy to adapt.
However, our admins have all been infected with a rather bad case of "real life" lately. Just don't hold your breath waiting for implementation. It might take 2 months or 2 years. Or never. We'll see.
