I'm not sure if this is the right section to post in, I hardly ever post out of sound and fury, but i would like to ask:
How does a region become featured?
Is it random?
Does it go through the list of regions?
Can someone please tell me how that system works?

Larger than 5 nations, no password on the region, and player created

Yes
Does it go through the list of regions?
Yes, not sure if it repeats, I suspect it probably does as that would have made the coding easier to not have to remember who was featured before.

Yes, it repeats. I can remember seeing several regions featured two times each, and in fact the second occasion for each of those was only a week or two after their first occasion which suggests that there might be a slight bugginess in the randomiser...
